Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with The Wana Way, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These policies are in place to protect both your time and ours.

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, or changes of mind.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full service cost being charged. Future bookings may require full payment in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.

Waxing Services Terms

Appointments & Hygiene
Clients must arrive on time and with appropriate personal hygiene. Treatments may be refused if hygiene standards are not met, with full payment still required.

Intimate Waxing
Intimate waxing services are strictly for clients aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.

Health & Medical Information
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy prior to treatment. Failure to disclose may result in treatment being refused.

Patch Testing
Patch tests are recommended for new clients or those with sensitive skin. If declined, treatments are carried out at the client’s own risk.

Aftercare
Aftercare advice is provided following waxing services. The Wana Way cannot be held responsible for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare guidance.

Nail Services Terms

Appointment Length
Nail appointments typically take between 1.5–2 hours depending on the service chosen. Please plan your day accordingly.

Please do not schedule other appointments too close to your nail booking. Appointments may occasionally run over and services will not be rushed.

Nail Preparation
All nails and toenails must be completely free from any product before your appointment. This includes gel, acrylic, BIAB, hard gel, polygel, Gel-X, and standard nail polish.

If product is present, the appointment may be refused or additional removal time charged. Full payment may still apply.

Nail Health
Nail services are carried out on healthy nails only. If signs of infection, damage, or contraindications are present, treatment may be refused for safety reasons.

Mobile Appointments
Please ensure a clean, safe and suitable space is available for your treatment, with enough room for my wax bed or nail table and full professional setup.

Refunds
Due to the nature of the services provided, no refunds are offered. Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of your appointment.

Right to Refuse Service
The Wana Way reserves the right to refuse service where appropriate, including concerns relating to safety, hygiene, behaviour, or medical contraindications.
